Data Deletion
This page describes how to request deletion of personal data held by Richtus AB. It complements our privacy policy and applies to data we hold as a controller, including data collected through Meta-app integrations such as Facebook Login.
How to request deletion
Email info@richtus.se from the address associated with the data you want removed, with the subject line "Data deletion request". Include any details that help us identify the data — for example, the service or integration through which you signed up, and an approximate date.
What happens next
- We confirm receipt within seven (7) calendar days.
- We verify your identity to prevent accidental disclosure.
- We delete the personal data we control within thirty (30) calendar days where legally possible, and we confirm the deletion in writing.
Data we may need to retain
Some data cannot be deleted on request:
- Accounting records. The Swedish Bookkeeping Act (bokföringslagen) requires us to keep accounting material for seven years after the end of the relevant financial year.
- Legal holds. Where data is subject to an ongoing legal matter, dispute, or regulatory requirement, we retain it until the matter is resolved.
- Aggregated and anonymised data. Data that no longer identifies you may be retained for analytical and operational purposes.
Data held by clients of ours
For end-user data held in our clients' own platforms (for example a Klaviyo, Omnisend, or Meta account belonging to one of our clients), the client is the data controller. Direct deletion requests for that data to the relevant client. If you reached us in error, we will forward your request to the client where we can identify them, and notify you that we have done so.
Meta apps
We use Meta apps to publish marketing on behalf of clients of Accent Studio. We do not use Facebook Login for end-user sign-in.
If you previously authorised "Iris by Accent Studio" against your Meta Business Manager, you can revoke that connection at any time from Facebook Business Integrations. Revoking there immediately disables our ability to read from or write to your Meta resources.
